How stupid can you be using a stolen credit/debit card? Especially if you try and use that shite in person![]()
Hop on Amazon if you want to use a stolen card, send it to an unspecific location. Or how about you just take the cash and leave the plastic.
Above all, how about you don't rob the frickin' person in the 1st place?

SMH... Arkansas went through this last year. Lost one of our best receivers and best return man for being a dumbass. Are any of these guys important? I don't recognize the names

Word is that a bottle of antler spray was found in the center console of the car they were in.

I considered Eddie Williams top 5 in the country as a recruit.

None of them played a lot last year.
Tyler Hayes is the guy that jumped offsides at the end of the TAMU game last year keeping us from getting the ball back with 40 seconds left.
Eddie Williams was a 5 star but redshirted.

All but 1, Hayes, are still trying to find a position, so it's not a loss from an impact standpoint.
Future, depth, and reputation takes a bit of a hit though...

If JJ can get back on at LSU after beating a marine half to death, surely using a found debit card can be cleaned up.

We're not paying them enough.

I think for it to be 2nd degree robbery they had to rob someone using a weapon. The credit/debit card and the second degree robbery charges are separate.
Looks to be more serious than just them using a stolen credit/debit card.
Or it could be a typo on the site, 2nd degree theft could be the stealing a debit card which isn't nearly as serious as 2nd degree robbery, but still not something you want your players doing.

I think 2nd degree is without a weapon, but threatening to hurt them or actually hurting them.

Nah I think 1st degree robbery is with a gun and 2nd degree robbery is with a knife, bat, ect.
2nd degree robbery is serious
2nd degree robbery is serious
quote:
"Robbery in the second degree is a Class B felony offense, and carries a punishment of not more than 20 years and not less than 2 years imprisonment. If the offender has a prior felony offense(s), the sentence will be enhanced by application of the Alabama Habitual Felony Offender Act."

If it's second degree robbery there's a minimum two year prison sentence in Alabama.
Hopefully it's 2nd degree theft and that site made a mistake, would make more sense.Guess we'll find out soon.
