I think a guy with 10+ years OC experience will get the reigns. Les had a vice grip on the O because we didn't have a real OC. Just converted a frickin' position coach with no experience as an OC.

We're good fellas. This is what we needed.

Im on this train.

Les gives power to those he trusts. If he doesn't trust you, then you dont get it. See the QB position the past few years. When coach deosn't trust the QB he doesn't let them throw passes that could go wrong. It is dumb IMO, but the best way to combat it is to put other around him that he trusts so he can hand over the reins. Im hoping this hire would do that.

Only time will tell, but I think it would be a solid hire.
