I went over there for the first time the other day and saw some of the shite Coonass was spewing and they were eating it up.

I think the Ole Miss fans on here take it more seriously than the State fans.

I wouldn't doubt it. I'll admit, my Jimmies got a little rustled when I went over there and checked it out. Then I realized it was Coonass claiming he had "sources" again.

We are ok with Coonass over here when he's not making predictions. I think he's learned this to an extent.

I post on here, read over sps about every other day, and check 247 everyday. The only thing I take seriously is what Paul says that a recruit told him, and that doesn't mean a damn thing.

Sad thing is, sixpack was good for several years. It started out in rebellion to Genespage. Unfortunately, now it is turning into Genes II. The admins don't flex their ban hammer enough.

I think he makes pretty good money on it to be honest with you. If you look at total numbers of hits, just the ad sense $$ should be pretty good -- and then he's got quite a few local sponsors.
Plus, he raises basically 100% of the costs associated with running the site through donations. Maybe even a little bit over.
I know that he's got an advertisement idea that is genius IMO if it works out. He wants to grab a commercial spot on the jumbotron during the game that simply says something to the extent of "this time of music is brought to you 100% ad and commercial-free by sixpackspeak.com" He'd raise the money for that practically overnight IMO...while also growing his website.
As far as taking it seriously -- You've got to spend enough time there to know who to ignore and who to believe. Given the time of year, it's basically intolerable on every public message board online right now IMO.

Yeah...it's pretty funny that people still donate to him. I think he needed them in the beginning to keep the board running, but now...not so much.

About as serious as I take the stuff posted on the rant. Question is do you take the Rant seriously? Looks like 80% trolling here.

Not normally unless there are links provided that have some evidence to back up claims. All SPS is regular people claiming to have "inside info" or sources on the inside. There are no links and no evidence to support anything they say.
Like Coonass. He said that ED reached out to State because he's not happy with his commitment to us supposedly. Didn't say who he heard it from or who it was said to. Just that Daniel had said it. And his evidence to support this statement was ED's visit to Auburn this weekend.

I go both places, 80% crap both places with 20% worth my time. I rarely post on either but read both... kind of.
I like SPS game time chats. Those can be good at times.

Most statements that start with all or everyone are written in a biased tone. I don't find SPS that much worse than rant except you have tons of fan bases calling each other idiots rather than just the Ole Miss trolls on SPS.
Again, I don't believe either one. It's entertainment for me. I do think SPS has gotten worse but that may be just during recruiting season and since the Johnson flip.
