So what is our Grind strategy for 2013?

Seems like we are scattered to the wind right now. Do we unleash a full out grindkreig on AU this summer? Rally up for baseball?

I say rally for baseball.
Rick Ray seems to be a good coach...but nothing to grind about.
Although our men's tennis team is balling early.

Preseason baseball polls should be introduced 1/day for the next 4 days. We need to grind that pretty hard, because I really expect us to be top 10 in a few of them...
