the whole team play terrible.. AU shouldve taken advantage of UK going shotless for that long streak in the first..
Not 1 three-pointer.. team was just mentally not there. they saw the crowd and played down.. now the fans wont pack it in again.. I hope im wrong but they still have a chance to get wins over top 25 teams including Ole Miss (should be ranked next week)who comes to AU Arena next week. Plus, UF, Mizzou

We played them better the year they won the NC. That was awful. We had momentum, a good crowd there and we played beyond horrible. I hope they learn from this because they pissed in the floor tonight. Very disappointing.

Terrible performance. We looked like AU basketball tonight. Completely dominated. It's getting fricking old. 10 years since an NCAA tourney. 10 fricking years and counting.

Granted it's quite possible that i'm a bit harsh on barbee (my feelings on him are well documented), but having the team ready for the moment is his job...one that he seems to continually fail at.

I thought we would lose because it was a "big game" and Auburn basketball hasn't won a "big game" in a long time.
It's not enough to look moderately good against average to weak competition, which is what we did during the winning streak. (Not counting FSU as a big game.)
Until Barbee and this team can prove me otherwise, I don't like our chances in any big games.

we did the exact same thing last year when a big crowd showed up for the Bama game... we got run outta the gym again. IMO, the crowd did cause us to play uptight.
I was hoping we'd learned from that... but obviously not.
