They reached out and were told we are "very happy" by our weak and vision less leadership.

The B1G is a superior collection of Universities and states and the University of Missouri leadership should not be afraid to admit they settled for an inferior conference and fix the mistake.

Are you going to have a meltdown every time your precious basketball team gets their asses kicked by a inferior state?

Just face it bro, the 'oh-so prestigious' BIG didn't want you and the only reason we brought y'all in was to tie you up to the whipping-post as a 14th member.

Rust Belt is dying.

The south was stripped of everything, not until the 70s did it even begin to regain financial power.

The money is moving south.

Missouri contributes nothing......shite state, shite school, and shite TV markets that don't care about college football.....the only thing you contribute is meth production and Budweiser (i'll give you that).....the bigger mistake was agreeing to take you.....you're sucking up valuable dollars we could offer someone attractive like UNC or Duke

This is a very unfortunate thread IMHO. As a Mizzou alum who was raised in the Bootheel of Missouri, I'm very proud that MU has joined the SEC for many reasons. Our basketball program will be fine, and hopefully our FB will improve over the next 2-3 years. MU has too many resources not to be competitive in the SEC in the future. I for one am proud to be SEC (even if some of y'all don't want us!)
