There isn't a QB, who should be drafted in top5, let alone top15, maybe even top20-25.
usually true, outside of one or two, but teams always panic and draft someone too high.
i dont think there's gonna be qb in this class whos stock rises higher than Wilson's after the scouting and combine season runs it's course. he's always been freakishly accurate in practice, and i think pro-days, etc.. play to his strengths.
he has better #'s than tannehill ever had, and i know the sherman hire was instrumental into ryan going so high, but someone is gonna lose it over tyler wilson pre-draft and snag him in the 1st with a trade-down pick.

In my opinion, i think because of Arkansas struggles, and at times struggles with line play, he has shown some happy feet in the pocket, and has led to some accuracy concerns that some have.
I'm not a hater, i think he's as good as any of the QB in this class, and think he would be better as the 20-25th pick. He would go to a team who is in better shape, and he could learn or at least get that learning time, before taking over.

Deep ball Progressions
I would agree with you on the deep ball, but as far as progressions go, we had one progression this year: get the ball to Cobi. They moved Cobi around so much to get the ball to him, Wilson probably felt as if he was the only option. More times than not he was correct.

as of now, I would put wilson as an early to mid 2nd round pick. I also think he has a strong combine which could move him into the 1st round

he could've been a top 10 pick had Petrino stayed. BP fricked him over worse than anyone, literally cost him millions. He regressed without BP's coaching.

First round 3rd qb taken. maybe early second round. Teams need QBs, Tyler is as polished as any QB in the draft as far as i can tell. Smith is a project, Barkley looked remarkably human this year.

I'm obviously biased, but if I was an NFL exec, I think I would factor just how shittastic Arkansas' offensive line has been during Tyler's tenure. I bet there hasn't been a QB take more hits than he has and he stays in the pocket and takes them to get the ball out. I think his toughness is easily his best attribute.

So in other words, Arkansas' WR corps before this year made Tyler look better than he is?
I agree.

Wow, then LSU's QBs must be the worst that have ever played college football with all of the talent you guys have at WRs.

Ahhhhh... the Emmitt Smith argument. Love these.

You saying LSU's WR talent was on par with Arkansas' 2010-11 WR corps?
And yes, we nearly won a NC with two of the worst QBs to start at a major college football program....EVER. JJ and JL were just god awful.

That dude just played for a long time. Plus yeah, he had one of the best lines in NFL history.
What is wrong with that argument?

Jesus people I was actually complimenting Arkansas' receiving corps. You know damn well that Patrick Peterson and Mo Claiborne did not suck.
Alright, I'm done with you geniuses.

All the talking heads have Glennon from N.C State as the best QB in the draft.

Yeah he's a Petrino system QB. He's better than Brohm but I'm not convinced he's better than Mallett, so I'd be hesitant to take him in the first (I know Brohm was taken in the second but that was a dumb move by the Pack).
