Bama does NOT recruit itself. It took facilities and a big time hire. I'm pretty sure we won 6 games in '06.

yall were terrible for those years cause of a terrible coach and sanctions. yall were still getting good players even though yall were shite.
so if Bama doesn't recruit itself, what players did Saban win the 09 NC with? perhaps, the ones that came in under Shula???
everything that Spurrier said about Saban that made the rounds on these boards was true.
