It's very hard when the person you are with isn't quite the same. I love to cook and despite how limited my diet is, it's damn good food. Being the girl....the guy just eats whatever I make, so it's not quite the same for me. 
I would have major issues with someone that thinks Velveeta is cheese, though.

It may not be real cheese but it's delicious.
