You do realize that Saban griped, and the SEC made a new rule. What about the Iron Bowl on Friday? LSU has always griped about playing on that Friday, and the SEC does nothing. Finally, somebody else has to play on that day, and Saban complains. The SEC response? "We're sorry Coach Saban, back to Saturday you go. Hey LSU, you're playing on Friday again."
It just needs to be pointed out that LSU is desperately fighting the SEC on trying to force us into A&M's Thanksgiving Night tradition. If LSU gets forced into that game, then there really might be some serious discussion about leaving the SEC. You can only be kicked around so much before you start fighting back.

Dude if you honestly think that LSU would leave the SEC for the reasons you just stated you're completely clueless about sports business. Every team in America wants in on the SEC for exposure, quality opponents and MONEY. When you die, LSU will still be in the SEC. Write that down and read daily.
