South EZ has already started. NEZ is really just in the preliminary discussion/planning phase. IMO TAF won't send out any emails to TAF members seeking their input until 2015. Just looking at the space to be filled and necessary changes to N. Stadium Drive, the NEZ would cost more than the south.

The NEZ is larger than the south, and there's more obstacles, so the expansion there will be a more challenging build.
On the plus side, it will hold more suites, club seating, and general admission seats than the SEZ addition.
I expect the NEZ to be more open than the SEZ. I hope to see balconies instead of the faux Tiger Stadium look the SEZ will sport.

ok thanks for the clarification. Tiger Stadium will look badass with a North Endzone makeover. Hope they do work on the outside of the stadium for a new north entrance plaza. Would make sense if they started work on that after the North Endzone was expanded.
