Yep. The point we are making is that if you are an elite school that is loaded, class shouldn't matter. You should have depth of players ready to step up. By the way Drac was talking, LSU didn't, Alabama did.

Depth is one thing, replacing 13 starters and expecting your team to go back to the BCSCG is something else.

Never heard of him, third string and fourth string RB and a WR. So, bell played the whole regular season.
That's nowhere near the losses tigers suffered on "O". Project bama's season with fluker gone after the first game and kouinjo and warmack gone for the season after about the fourth game. Now top that off with no lacy after the third or fourth game. How productive do you think the bama "O" would have been? Try being realistic.
Now on "D" Milliner and the starting LB of your choice is out for the year before the first game is even played. Also by the middle of the season due to illness and injury you are at the fourth starter at that LB spot.
That is what Les Miles and LSU had to fight through this year.

LSU is elite and the players did step up. How else do you explain LSU was five yards from atlanta and playing for the sec title even with all the loss starters.
LSU played bama heads up for 29 minutes in the first half and TOTALLY DOMINATED them for 29 minutes in the second half.
You are right aj and his teammates made the plays at the end to secure victory. Hats off to them.

Injuries happen bro. You gotta compensate for it. Not sure what else you are looking for.

Sure. Good enough to contend for titles. Good enough to win them? That is the debate..
That SEC title just a year ago begs to differ

Between injury and suspension LSU lost 6 starters by the 1/4 mark of the season. Add in that LSU lost 7 starters from the 2011 SEC Championship team and it quickly becomes clear that this was a rebuilding year for LSU. The Tigers played 15 freshman in 2012, only one off the mark for most in the country. That Coach Miles was able to keep everyone focused and still win 10 games and be ranked up in the top 10 at the end of the regular season is extremely impressive.
Best coaching job ever? He took the most talented team in the country to the fricking Chick-Fil-A bowl. Am I supposed to be dazzled?

Well football is a game of inches. And by my count there are 180 inches in five yards so it wasn't really that close.

Your program is still in the SEC West's cellar, usually occupied by the Mississippi schools
Not sure you have any room to talk about Miles

What ever makes you feel better Stonehog..... Have fun sitting at home this bowl season

Love the shite we are getting from Bama fans.... You guys should be ashamed that you got dominated by a pretty depleted team in several areas compared to last year.....33 more plays and had the ball 20 more min than you. Youth in the secondary hurt us that last drive
Miles did a fabulous job and anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding themselves

Doesn't everyone?
Football on tv
Central heat
Christmas with my bitch
Cornbread stuffing
I could go on, but I can think of a hundred reasons why staying home is better than going to a bowl game.

Being down 14-3 at halftime is getting dominated not dominating. You're dumb but even you should be able to figure that out.

Hahaha....whatever makes you feel better. We'll just have to agree to disagree. Lord knows the second half we made you all look like a high school team minus the last two minutes.
That said congrats on the win and playing for the NC. I hope ND beats the shite out of you
