Can we get some old pics to compare?

I've been watching cfb since the mid 90's, so just looking at that gator logo makes my blood boil.
I want to spar somebody right now.

I was about to say, only $10 million for all that, then I read the link.
Looks good though, and definitely needed and deserved.
Shame on UF for waiting this long IMO.

Trustee Steven Scott said it might take two to three years to collect donations to pay the remaining $40 million cost of the project.

Pretty cool box, suite thing. I've never seen an open air one like that.

Very nice. I've been in the O'Connell Center. These improvements will be a major plus.

Yep, the way BD has been coaching, this should've happened a long time ago.
But it should be great once the improvements are made

Are they adding another level?

Nah, its gonna be expanded seating, with club seats, and the all-new entrance.

About time, I.thought the total cost would be 50 mil?

Perfect timing to ask for donations with how the team is playing and how they're projected to do next year too.
Hopefully it's a donor and not a corporate sponsor (no YumCenter plz). Don't really like the way they designed the front. Too many partitions of windows. I think larger window panels rather than smaller would look real nice.

$40 million which won't be able to be fully collected for another 3 years.
The trustees are contributing the $10 million.

No doubt the O Dome needs a facelift, but that looks tacky as hell

What looks tacky about it?

The entrance is pretty bland, I wouldn't say tacky, just boring.

Is pretty cool looking. Probably not great for visibility with those walls though. You'd actually have to be in the row of seats to see the game.
Looks good though.

Just curious, how many times have you been to the O'Dome?
