That's the difference, my friend. No UGA fan thinks this season was any more remarkable than any other good season once the team lost to Bama. USCe hung a banner for an 11 win season.

Given our history, I'm perfectly fine with that.
I don't recall any Gamecock fan saying we are a better program than UGA. Just that we've beaten y'all 3 years in a row.
