Back during the Shula years when the DKE house was in front of the stadium they had an elephant on their lawn for a homecoming game. It was a big deal and everybody got real excited over it but from what I've heard is the University won't allow anyone to do it again.

Alabama use to have live elephants before games, especially at homecoming. The homecoming queen use to ride the elephant.
