They all have these sensors in front of the pick up windows here now.
More often than not, "Sir, we're still making your fries, will you pull forward and we'll bring it right out to your car?"
Happens half the time, and every time they bring out some stale arse cold fries that I then have to walk up to the window to have replaced. I'd deal with the slightly cold fries if they were just honest about why they made me pull up in the first place.

That's just poor management and general laziness.
My post was just to explain a reason why DT seems to get more attention in fast food restaurants.
