Do some of you actually think Stanford deserves a shot over the SEC champ?

I've seen that thrown around by a few morons this week. fricking UCLA is wrecking their shite in the PAC-12 Championship Game. They definitely deserve to be in the NC discussion.

I have kept watching... just TRYING to figure out either A: how over rated Oregon is or B: just how in the hell Standford beat them. can't decide.

Both UCLA and Stanford are better than Oregon. The reason? Stanford has the #1 defense in the conference, UCLA? #2.

Well its always hard to beat the same team twice, especially in a 6 day span. And to be fair to UCLA, they are a MUCH improved team from last year.
That said, i agree- stanford isnt at the level of competing for a NC yet, but theyre QB has been pretty solid since taking over

UCLA RB was averaging 11 yds a pop at end of third qt and already had 170 yds rushing...Holy Shizzola, the PAC 12, 11, 13 or whatever they are. suck.

I agree. That is why I see no need for a thread even discussing such absurdity. But no way is FUCLA tearing anybody's shite up. Stanford does nothing but beat their arse all the time.

Probably not, but it's dumb for most people here to not give non-SEC teams any credit. Stanford is a hard nosed team that would challenge anyone from the SEC.

i agree with that too. but, i seriously doubt Stanford would even challenge Alabama or LSU, and would probably get beaten 70% of the time by UF, S.Car, and UGA.
a lot of people get to believing their team is better than X team because they beat them one time.
