Is not capable of covering anybody in the NFL. He said that offensive coordinators will eat him alive

Why do people watch ESPN for anything other than live sports?

Seriously, who cares what Robert Smith says? His opinion weighs just the same as some redneck in Greenbow, Alabama.

I have to agree with him. He's not big enough to cover most NFL receivers. Every time he had to cover a receiver bigger than him, he looked like crap. Will probably make a team as a returner though.

Let's let HB7 get on a team in some capacity and play in the preseason etc, before we decide who's right or wrong.

Did he actual say that he "is not capable of covering anybody"? If you want to say he's not a "lock down corner" - fine. But you will NEVER convince me that a 19 year old kid that won the Bednarik award in his 1st season as a starter in college is not capable of covering anybody in the NFL. How many less accomplished DB's that were playing college ball last year made NFL roster this year? What a dick!

I'm not an ESPN hates LSU guy but Robert Smith seems to go out of his way to shite on anything associated with LSU.
