Are there any other GFCI outlets on this same circuit that may be tripped? I have 2 that are back to back on opposite sides of a wall and one of them always trips and stops the other from working.

There was a model run about 2 days ago that showed some ice during Mardi Gras week but it was more the northshore area. I haven't seen anything in the last couple days runs though.

Guarantee you the guy with the USAID sign had no clue what USAID was a week ago. Also, do they know what they are protesting, because it seems like everyone is protesting something different based on their signs.
