See, this Hog Leg is how I know you're either (1) spouting off nonsense with no thought, and/or (2) are a complete idiot.
If a crime goes unpunished in NOLA, it is because of a lack of sufficient evidence. I don't know how they fumble through the legal system up in Little Rock, but we have something called "Due Process" down here. Google will help if you don't understand what that means.

Yes, dipshit, please learn me on your straight and narrow legal system down there. Chicago thinks New Orleans is a corrupt shithole.

fact- had LSU won the NC game, this guy would never serve time in jail.
IMO, it's a butthurt reaction due to the loss of the NC game.

Yep, the entire judicial system from police to DA to judge are all out to get revenge over a football game that they may or may not have even cared about.
Jesus, the levels you all stoop to rationalize this is Penn State-esque.

why else would the judicial system go as far as sentencing him to jail for a childish act?
I honestly haven't followed the case so I am guessing the individual who was tea bagged wasn't charged with P.I or was he?
he was passed out in a public building due to being intoxicated right?

And this is where we go round and round with the two camps: (1) It was just a harmless prank and (2) putting your genitals on an unwilling and complete stranger is sexually-based crime. This wasn't a fraternity prank "brah".

Under the law, he couldn't be retroactively charged or prosecuted for what appears to be a P.I. situation. The videotape shows him passed out (and we can all agree it's probably 99% that he was drunk), but that wouldn't be enough. No breathalyzer, field sobriety, evidence of alcohol on his person or in his system, etc. See, due process.

You mean a crime?

Well yes. A childish act that is also be a crime.
Had LSU won, the passed out fan was an Alabama fan and the bagger was a LSU fan, no way he does jail time.
Regardless of what anyone says, the guy going to jail for tea bagging a passed out drunk is a waste of resources and money.

Fact: if LSU had won the dude wouldn't have been teabagged.
