our good players go and play for Bama and LSU

LSU hasn't pulled many players from MS in a while, actually. Jalen Collins is the exception. Ken Adams played JC in MS but is actually from AL.

Jeremy Liggins was from MS but didn't qualify. Chris Garrett was from MS but transferred after blimping up.

This year we are pulling two from MS JCs, but Leslie is from Georgia and Stokes is from AL.

So there you have it ... other than Jalen Collins, the last player I can think of from MS is Stevan Ridley (and he is from Natchez aka LSU country).

Alabama has pulled a couple but it's a tired and stupid fallacy on here that MS' best players go elsewhere. Since Nutt and Mullen came around 08/09 the top players have stayed in Mississippi.

Auburn had a pipeline going for a while. Alabama has plucked a few.

Really a TON of academic casualties litter the Dandy Dozen over the years. Lots of headcases.

Will Arnold (woodville or centerville aka LSU country)
Travis Dickson (Bay St Louis aka LSU country)

But that's all I can think of.
