Georgia has the offensive capabilities of Texas A&M, a passing attack that can find the soft spots of the Alabama defense, which was accomplished by A&M as well as Mett for LSU.

They also have a better defensive unit than the Aggies, so I think that Georgia is well equipped to pose a legit challenge to Alabama.

Don't see why people already have Alabama penciled in to face ND.

UGA =/= LSU or A&M

Not saying that they suck, they are just vastly different in terms of personnel and philosophy.

This is Murray's chance to finally shine against a top team and unlike the UF game he's gonna need a good, efficient day to beat Bama.

Manziel beat Bama a lot more with his legs more than he did with his arm. At one point, he was 21 out of 22 but it was only for 159 yards. Manziel did beat them deep a few times late but he didn't really kill them through the air like Mettenberger did.

If Murray is an excellent scrambler.. then yes.

Did not see that kind of mobility against South Carolina.

Manziel moved the chains from 3rd & 2 to 3rd & 10 by scrambling over half the time. Either running with it after scrambling or throwing a complete pass after scrambling.

Murray does that, you guys are in good shape offensively.

Bama was a half step out of reach most of the time. If Murray is a half step slower... will be trouble.

Comparing UGA's offense to A&M's is a fricking joke and you have to be delusional to believe that. I'm not saying UGA's offense isn't good enough to beat Bama but they are nothing like A&Ms.

No. He has better receivers and puts it where they can get it the first time.

Honestly... Murray is pretty athletic. But that doesn't equate to pocket awareness for him. He has a couple of moves when he feels pressure. But more often than not, I think he gets down to prevent the bad play.

What Murray does have are 2 great tailbacks, 2 legitimate deep threats, good tight ends and possession receivers, and a ton of experience facing defenses.

But I don't expect his legs to be a plus for the Dawgs on Saturday.

Yep. He plays for the Panthers. He also isn't suiting up for UGA this Saturday.

Not bad. We've won the last four 162-34.

eta: Not that it's anything to gloat over but there were 2 common opponents in there.

with all due respect I disagree wholeheartedly. Georgia is a very good opponent but they have a completely different offense than A&M does. A&M is based on a scrambling QB spread attack.
