Can someone point out a significant well thought response from a Bama poster? I couldn't read every page with the juveniles that were.

Your coach should do everything in his power to lobby for his team. That's part of what he is paid to do. That's really all there is to it. Most people think Florida should go to a BCS bowl over 2 loss Georgia or Alabama, but more power to Saban for saying that his team would be deserving.

I can't wait for the BCS playoff in 2014. If we had it this year it would solve a lot of arguments.

But it would probably put these message boards out of business...

Well, if you don't think this diminishes his credibility on a subject so fresh from last year, I can't make you change your mind.

Peace out.

I agree. I do not think Saban ever said the Gators did not deserve to go over Alabama or UGA. He said the scenario is unfair to UGA or AL. I think he fully understands the way it works but was trying to explain how unfortunate it would be for two teams that work to win their division.

I really do not think he's lobbying for anything because he understands it's a set rule. I think he was just saying it's bad for the loser of the SEC Champ game because of the way it worked out with FLA being good and having only one loss as well.
