Jafo I'm Sorry

Jafo
I'm sorry for coming after you like I did. Theres no excuse for that, no one deserves that, especially a fellow MU fan. I feel shame.
You don't have to say anything or accept my apology, but I hope you see this and feel comfortable continuing to post here, knowing that this douche will not do that again.
The truth is, I'm the loser. Wasting my education, underemployed, no motivation, no girlfriend, and a constant misery about things... so don't listen to any of the garbage I said. I have a bad habit of directing my frustration with myself at other people.
Anyway.. I hope you see this. This thread is enough to fill up Johnnys jar, so if anyone feels like I need to be made fun of for making this thread or my tirade in the TN thread, go for it, I deserve it.

Mograyback,
You have grown at least six inches in my book, with this post to Jafo. You are full of contradictions, but that also makes you an interesting character. I certainly hope Jafo sees this and accepts your sincere apology. Frankly, you were acting like a horse's arse, and I found it very disappointing.
I look for Jafo's posts every morning, as he is our early bird poster. I have missed him.
Oh, and you should have placed a comma after Jafo in your subject line.

I've been in and out this week, and apparently missed this dust-up, unless it was the one from a few days ago. Either way, it's easy to say things in the heat of the moment that you later regret. And it takes maturity to recognize and apologize for it. Nicely done.
Mograyback, a lot of us have been where you are, especially in this economy. I'm sure some here are in the exact same boat. I want to encourage you to keep your mind busy and occupied, and spend time with friends - out of your home. It's too easy to become reclusive. And I'd encourage you to find a place to volunteer - particularly around the holidays. Helping people is very good for the soul.

Things get better...especially when you spend time convincing yourself that things get better. Your life revolves around your frame of mind. If you have a genuine positive outlook, you will subconsciously make positive choices.
If you remain in the dumps without changing your mindset, you will more than likely continue to have negative experiences.
Frame of mind - mental condition - drives your life.

No one should make fun of you for being a stand up guy. It's ALOT easier to be a dick than to admit you are being a dick.
Jumbos to you my friend.

mo, credit to you for stepping up. Not all have the balls to do that. No poking fun here.

Hang in there. Im a firm believer in creating your own breaks. I've been where you are in some respects. There is better ahead. It's just up to you. Respect for the apology.

Mogray, we're good. No problems here. Cuz, I got a thick skin. I've been involved in stuff that'd just plain scare ya. Thats no lie. So that stuff between us don't bother me in the least. I know whats true in myself, and at the end of the day, thats all that matters. I'm not ashamed of where I come from or where I've been. I said it before, and that is that I like every Mizzou poster in here, Truth. But I'm not completely innocent with this either.
Anyways, it's history. I'm back in town and I'll have more time to post. On vacation this week splitting time between taking care of parents and deer hunting. The later has been taken care of as of 8am yesterday morning.......sorry Semo. It's in the blood.

Oh, every man in my family deer hunts. Although this year was very sad being the first without my dad. But Dad had a place down by Van Buren, MO. It's Mom's now, and I think it'll stay in the family.
Deer hunting is the reason I missed the Tennessee game this weekend.
But, I'll be in the stands for the Syracuse game, cheering for the boys in black! (I'm assuming they'll be in black this weekend, since it's the blackout game.)
I just love it when everybody gets along!!

I sensed your frustration during our exchange. I didn't help things by keeping it going early on. I'm hard headed.
Don't stress about stuff in here. It's not worth it.
I'm no expert on life stuff. All's I can tell you is keep going forward and keep your eyes open. You never know where inspiration may come from. Killz said it, about being positive, He's on the money with that. You seem to be a smart guy.

I thought I seen somewhere you were outspoken about animal abuse.....I just assumed or linked it to hunting also.
My respect for your outlook on it. I almost go hunting anymore just to get out and clear the mind. My days of shooting the first thing that comes along is long gone.
Tell the men in your family I got a 150 class buck 167 lbs dressed. He's nice, and did'nt have to wait long. Almost got to witness something thats rare to witness...two bucks fighting. I ended that.
Have fun at the game.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think a dose of my own medicine instead of kindness might have been more appropriate, but I appreciate it. I'm just glad Jafo has only been on vacation and not pissed about this idiot saying rude things. Kills, that advice about mindset is golden, some people I respect the most live by that, I need to start putting it to practice.

Didn't see any grammatical errors, or I would have made whatever you have left quit...
