AD will have nothing to do with this hire. TJ is gone and JJ is gone as well from my understanding.

He's thinking he wants Pelton and Thig gone, and wondering what is up with Martinez. BVG's problem is he's trying to teach a very complex defense and some of the coaches aren't able to coach.
