Welp. You caught us. We scouted LSU's final WALK THROUGH and that led us holding you to 92 total yards. Goddamn, why even concern ourselves with scouting a team beforehand and watching game film. Who knew all we had to do was send one man, who was a DC for a NFL team at the time no less, to a WALK THROUGH to completely understand their entire playbook.

Saban = Genius.

So LSU has 5-6 weeks to prepare for the game. In the walk through the day before the game, where MEDIA is allowed, that is the time you display your secret trick plays guaranteed to succeed.

Williams, not only observes this but helps Nick scheme to stop these plays, and the Bama defense practices in the hotel ballroom to defend the secret plays the day before the BCSCG.

Yeah, this sounds plausible.

Even Les Miles is not dumb enough to display trick plays in a walk through where media is present.

I'm not advocating that it happened. Who really cares?

BUT

You are trotting out the same ridiculous bullshite that Belichick said during his spy scandal. You don't just get a chance to scheme by watching a practice. It is the most dishonest excuse I've ever heard. Familiar teams know the plays. The terminology, the mix, and the personnel groups for certain things are way more valuable then scheming against it. Why for instance, was the most damning part of Belichick's spy scandal the taping of signals being relayed in. As it turns out, that has nothing to do with scheme. Knowing what's coming ahead of time beats scheme any day.

Wise up, hoss.
