JFF didn't lose the game. If Malena doesn't fumble going into halftime, I think the tiggers lose. just my thoughts.

If Mett connects on on more than 1 of the 5 or 6 wide open touchdown passes LSU wins by 3 touchdowns. Don't use ifs man. c'mon.

I have a lot of respect for Johnny, he's gonna be a force in the SEC. but he made some freshman mistakes Saturday that will kill him when he plays Top 10 teams.

300 yards of total offense, against the "vaunted" LSU defense right? you can't have it both ways.

And how'd that turn out?

Also, how many TDs did JFF score against this defense?

If Eric Reid doesn't drop the INT on the sideline or if LSU doesn't jump offside on defense and Loston gets credit for the INT, JM has 5 INT's in that game..... More if's man. Can't do it. Find something else.

If Freak had a good helping of collard greens with his BBQ the night before there is a good chance Johnny Football is at least sick.

The thing is most of those who claimed he was going to win the Heisman or whatever were not Aggies. Most of the Aggies who said similar things were doing it tongue in cheek for fun.

You say that now, but I have a feeling A&M won the game, you and the rest of the aggie fans would have been singing a different tune. Don't crawfish now.

Yeah bu Mettenbooger really sux, so those are big ifs.

JFF's team scored 2 TD's, +1 called back for a stupid penalty.

McCarron throws for 300 vs. a bad UT defense and gets high praise. JFF puts up 275 on one of the best defenses in the SEC in LSU and he sux? got it.

Chavis is known for making halftime adjustments. It took LSU a quarter and a half to figure it out, but once they did A&M couldn't do anything.

mccarron did it in 22 throws. had 4 tds and 0 picks.

JFF had to throw the ball 56 (yes 56) times to get his yards. and had 0 tds and 3 picks.

great comparison.

you're missing the point. All we're saying is it's stupid to say if one person doesnt fumble that's the difference in the game.

I could list half a dozen plays in that game that shifted the outcome. The Evans bounce int was a huge play because A&M was driving at will and that would have given them 1st and 10 at the LSU 25. The unnecessary chop block that called back the beautiful screen pass TD was another. Manziel running right instead of left on 1st Down after the big kickoff return was yet another. All 3 LSU TD's came off turnovers for that matter. In the end though LSU executed better and deserved the W, they were the better team.

Still, Manziel played better than he did against UF. He didn't run as well but he was more effective running the offense and with his arm. He also had more success in the 2nd half. He's learning and he is talented but he has to get better. The good news for him and Aggie fans is his main issues are experience related, not talent related. You can learn to make better decisions. You can learn to find wide open receivers as you understand the offense. You can't learn how to do many of the things Manziel does. Hopefully he can get smarter and control those turnovers to realize his potential but as of now he still hasn't proven it against the big boys.

I came away impressed, but he does need to play smarter. You don't want him to change to much because his style is what makes him special but at the same time he puts himself at risk of getting taken out a lot. Maybe a little more running out of bounds and sliding more.

Yeah he is ... UF blanked us in the second half and held us less than 100 yards. LSU gave up points and over 200 yards int he 2nd half.
