Keep in mind this is reflective of what has been done to this point--- before the Grinders get too uptight about being undefeated and #5, they'll have every opportunity to prove they belong in the top 3 against Alabama-- and a loss there won't send them sliding down the board in my mind-- the gap there is just too big between them and the rest.
As far as 8-11 goes, they could each beat some of the teams ahead of them, or lose to the teams a couple of places behind them-- it'd be contingent on matchups and game locations, really.
They'll sort themselves out a little more clearly after Arkansas plays Ole Miss, Vandy travels to Ole Miss,and Vandy and Tennessee have their tilt for the title of Tennessee.
