Johnny Football didn't play on any of the teams we have faced this year or in the past, therfore, we lose by 30.

This game is much more evenly matched then many give it credit for.

You have A&M's offense with first round talent at both OT spots and great skill position talent going up against a loaded defense. Then you have basically a mediocre offense in LSU up against a mediocre defense in A&M.

Now, I do think LSU has an edge but us being at home and a couple turnovers can dramatically change things.
I have a feeling this game will be decided in the second half and will be within one score.

If LSU plays as well as they did against USC and A&M plays as poorly as they did against La Tech, LSU will win. No big news there.

A&M has pulled out the last 2 games over teams they should have beaten handily because of a ridiculous amount of mistakes. With Ole Miss it was 6 TO's (7 if you count a 4th Down turnover) and for La Tech it was 19 penalties that extended multiple drives for La Tech and killed several A&M drives. A&M also had a Pick 6 late that nearly tied the game.

LSU played a fantastic game against USC. Outside of the one bad pick that led to a TD it was nearly flawless. Of course they were also playing with their backs to the wall at Tiger Stadium. It was easily LSU's best game so far.

The question though is not who was better last week but who will be better THIS week. A&M certainly has circled this game from the moment the SEC schedule came out. It's got program changing potential that has only swelled with the 5-1 Start and Manziel's meteoric rise. LSU has to be feeling confident as well but will they be able to maintain their energy level after such an emotional home win and now going on the road with the next game being the rematch with Bama?

We shall see.

A&M had 68% conversion on 3rd down. Yet only had the ball for 32:00.

Time of possession in this game is going to grind them to dust. LSU will possess the ball, and A&M won't be able to continually convert on 3rd down.

TOP: big stat to watch Saturday. A&M must give its defense time to rest by extending drives and executing. LSU will be looking to pound the rock and keep them off the field.

You LSU guys are right. We have no chance. You'll beat us by 30. I just hope Manziel last past the first series.
