shite, that's a lot of weight in a short period of time.
I think my best is when I ran out of food, but was too busy to go shopping and so I lived on protein shakes for a few days. I dropped 6-7 pounds in a few days (kept calories high so it was all water weight from low sodium and low carb). 15 pounds is crazy.

I like good food and adult beverages as well, but have managed to avoid the alcohol. I was quite successful at losing the easy weight, dropped 50 pounds in roughly half a year, but could never get rid of that last bit of jiggle around my midsection.
I eventually got tired of eating in a deficit and decided to try and put on muscle mass slowly while keeping fat gains minimal. It wasn't a complete failure, I don't believe, but I put on more weight than I would've liked.
Going back on a cut until I can see shite popping out before I start the next bulk. I figure it will be easier to notice fat gains when there isn't much there. It is hard to see the slow gain of fat when it being put on top of an existing layer.
