Best QB is relative.
Best skill set ( i.e. could be great if the whole offense wasn't on his shoulders and had competent players around him)? Wilson.
Most effective ( i.e. is able to keep the offense on the field and turn it into points on the board) - McCarron or Shaw
Pure suck arse - Mocha/White/Jew Cams
Talented but folds under pressure -Gaysus
Best one foot still in the SW Conf/Big 12- Johnny Foosball
Best QB that needs to learn to get rid of the damn ball - Driskel

JFF reminds me of a faster Tebow for some reason.

I always hate these "best QB" questions. You can't compare QBs in college across the board like you can with pro QBs. Some systems and offenses will make their QB look better than they are, and vice versa.
