this is gonna come off badly because i would never do something fricking stupid like that at this age and especially not over a god damn game. but, if i was gonna pick a house that uga football players lived in to frick with, the one that aaron murray and christian robinson share would probably be at the top of the list. might as well do it to those guys if you are gonna do it.

Crap like this really pisses me off. I've taught college athletes over the years, and the most striking thing about working with them is realizing that they are pretty much like any other dumbass 18-22-year-olds anywhere else, including most of us when we were that age. Except at these big schools, they are also pillars of an industry worth billions all told.
Fans that lose sight of that ultimate fact to this extent should be horse whipped. Ironically, people that are this over the top about college football would probably also shite themselves if they had to say their damned ABCs backwards in front of 80k-100k, much less excel in some athletic capacity.
Yeah, if you make it to a top level program it is fair* for fans to expect them to perform, but there is a damned line.
