I'll be at Bama.

I was planning on Bama, but doesn't look like I can make that now. Work has been too crazy, so none unfortunately. All of my friends are either going to Oxford this weekend or going to Bama though.

wish I was able to go this weekend. Had plans to but had to cancel. I also planned to go to Auburn but apparently I'm going to a wedding I forgot about. Now I'm not sure. Maybe I can swing Bama at the last minute otherwise I will not attend any of the SEC away games
Luckily this isn't like the past where we get 1 decent road trip every few years. We get awesome ones every year going forward

Ole Miss and Bama.
I've been to Bama before and it's a good atmosphere for big games. The fans seem generally ok. Curious about Ole Miss. Hope the tailgating is as good as it is hyped to be. LSU friends have told me that the fans can be somewhat cold and unfriendly but then again that came from LSU fans.

Planning on Bama but I may have hit a snag. Was in for Auburn but had something come up. If Bama falls through I may try and go to State.
Going to LSU next year no matter what though and really going to try for Arky.

I wouldn't be 100% sure we will play in Red Stick next year.
This year's schedule is a one-off and that's been made clear. They will likely give every 3 home and 3 road games in division (we have 2 and 4 this season). They will likely split the AL and MS schools as well as AR/LSU so that each school only goes to one of those and hosts one. We are definitely going to AR next season. Therefore, I believe we will play LSU at home again next year but it's nothing more than conjecture.

I've been to Oxford on gameday before. The tailgating is awesome but a different atmosphere. It wasn't a no holds barred shitshow, but still tons of fun. That might be different this weekend. Oxford is an awesome college town though, one of my favorites I've ever been to.

I'll see you at Bama, Ball Gravy. Are you getting a room in Ttown or B'ham? I'll have a preggo DD so I actually don't mind having the ride home from the bars

I save my road tripping for Aggie baseball. Tickets are cheaper, hotels are cheaper, you get three games instead of one, and it's baseball.
That having been said, I'll go to Ole Miss and either Arkansas or Alabama. They're both makeable trips, but my son is four, and I don't want that kind of driving back to back weekends with him.
Actually, I'll probably go to Alabama. In 1997, we all thought that we'd be sent to either Alabama or Ole Miss for regionals. I was pumped about making either trip. The committee sent us to Stanford. :(
2013 Texas Aggie Baseball Schedule
The SEC east is going to be a bitch for roadies. In the Big 12, the longest drive was Lincoln at 13 hours. Columbia, SC looks to be about 17.

Auburn this year.
I think you may be right. It is a given we go to Fayetteville and that it is it. If I were to guess, it would be that we play LSU, MSU, Auburn, and USCe at home, and play Arky, Ole Miss, Alabama, and Missouri away.

I went to SMU but since I live in Dallas thats a bit cheap.
I was going to Shreveport for La Tech before it got moved to the same day as ACL.
Sadly nothing else lined up with my schedule this year.
