Some pretty cool historic photos of Tuscaloosa and The University of Alabama. See if you can spot photo that is incorrect. The surrounding bucolic scenery should give it away.

The picture that doesnt look quite right is the one of the black warrior river with Rose Towers in the background. Seems like the picture was taken much more recently than the black/white colors suggest...

That was the picture he was referring to in the OP... that building is in Auburn.

It's actually this picture, which was taken on Auburn University's Campus.
Ever since I've been here I've wondered what this building used to be:
It's a shame that it's now vacant.

Pretty cool stuff. Other than the misplaced photo, I'm a junky for this stuff. In my job I sometimes get to deal with historic stuff, and photos like this and old maps are my drug of choice.
