the only way it'd ever be happened is if it was instituted NCAA-wide and there is no chance the ADs turn over scheduling power to them. and who is the NCAA to determine that? it's up to the schools how many teams they play, where, and who. and it isn't fair at all to the teams making these pay days and thus paying for the entire athletics program. without these games idk how many of these teams can really continue to support their teams.

People worry about paying to see a rent-a-win, but forget about the importance those games play for young players' development.
