that Les can build a program from the bottom up the way Saban can.

there is little evidence to support this statement. when Saban arrived at LSU, there was LOTS OF TALENT on the roster; ditto for his arrival in bamaworld. the previous coaching staffs could recruit; coaching and discipline were their problems. sabans ONLY HISTORY OF BUILDING A PROGRAM FROM THE BOTTOM UP was the miami dolphins. where the coach is means a hell of a lot. coaching at ole miss, kentucky, vanderbuilt, etc ain't the same thing as coaching at lsu, bama, etc.

as a college football fan, i love les miles. i put him only slightly behind saban. and it wouldnt bother me a bit if he came to bama. but i just dont think the powers that be, in tuscaloosa, would be the type where miles could be miles.

LOTS OF TALENT is a stretch here boss, let's not diminish what the man did at either place. The talent when he left far exceeded the talent when he arrived at both places. Miles walked into a better situation at LSU and than saban did at LSU or bama..that's indisputable
