soft zone defense this weekend? I want him to bring the heat this weekend and put S. Alabama's QB in the hospital. Wilson's grinding is getting a little dull. He needs to sharpen it with the bones of S. Alabama's QB and running backs.

Why do you want to show Tennersee all of our defensive options?

Buy. He did it against JSU and Troy. USA is weaker than the aforementioned teams, so there is no reason to believe he would go all out against them. In the future, this is going to bite our arse. It almost has 3 years in a row.

Umm, I'm not talking about opening the whole playbook. I'm talking about not running practically a prevent defense the whole game. Most of the Troy game involved 3 to 4 D Linemen rushing and dropping back 7-8 in coverage. Troy's QB had enough time to eat supper and slurp down a 711 Big Gulp before he threw the ball. We'll make USA's qb look Heisman worthy with that crap. I don't won't to have to suffer through another heart attack game. Mine and other grinders blood pressure shot through the roof during the Troy game. That's not good for long term health man! I'll blame Wilson if I suffer a heart attack.

Can appreciate your concern but don't fear what our defense can do. When we need them they will be there. The game last Saturday was never in doubt. Wilson is a chess player.

I say yes he does. Then I say he does it against Kentucky as well. Then we rape Tennessee with a very loose butthole defense. How fast does their qb get rid of the ball? I am thinking that maybe they are looking out for injuries when they do this as well. I trust the coaches right now, but I am a little skeptical after watching that troy game.

Tight butthole. I think Alabama probably makes us loose butthole.

We basically have two weeks of practice to get ready for the rest of the season. They can get a lot done in that amount of time.

What he did was get a lot of players involved. Why play a defense that can get your 1s hurt in a game like troy... Why risk injury.

What we need as evident by this game is our back UPS to gain experience.

A three man rush should be enough against Troy and USA. I didn't see all that much intensity against Troy. The three man rush will be better against USA after practice this week.

Why would we want to rush four guys against USA?

Let him throw and get pickoffs. Play lots of 2nd and 3rd stringers and reward them for coming to practice every day.

Our scoring record is 80-0 back in 1907 (I was at the game - it was a blast). If we could better that score I might be in favor of changing game plan. Would be cute to put up 100 points.
