Again, it's too early to tell. Bo hasn't really faced a good defense but has been very impressive. I don't care who you are, if you're not a good QB you're not going to put up the numbers he has.
Having said that, I think I would say Russel has faced a better defense than Bo.
Bo has put up better numbers but Russel has playing against better competition.

Bo will probably put up bigger numbers and is the better runner.
Russell has the bigger arm - Jason Campbell esque.
