Paul Petrino thinks they can bounce back...this week. Quote from today's press conference.

I dunno. I mean, in 1999 Alabama lost to Louisiana Tech and then beat Arkansas and Florida back-to-back, who were both top 10 I believe. Of course, the circumstances were a bit different.

Arkansas at its worst should never lose to ULM. The staff has lost this team, it was obvious in the 2nd half.
Taking coaching out of the equation, I'd maybe agree with the OP, minus a game or two.

What a dumbass. I guarantee that if Arkansas spots Alabama a 28-7 lead with 20 minutes to go in regulation that the game isn't 28-28 after 4 quarters.

We can't tackle for shite, we can't cover for shite, our linebackers are slow and out of position, our play calling is outrageously awful, our offensive line can't protect the quarterback, and our head coach has obviously suffered a stroke in whatever part of his brain makes him a human being worthy of life

You do realize his hands were tied with the football team and Petrino, right? Football is but one aspect of what he does. He has made so many hires and moves to benefit the program as a whole. He will find a coach that the entire state is behind, that much you can be assure of. Let's not forget Broyles is the one who sent us into the darkages.

I don't know about all dat...
I'm just not convinced that he could have done it without a lot of direction from others.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that game with ULM heated my piss to the degree that I can hardly see straight.

I don't know what the final Hog W/L record will be, but, I am POSITIVE that the Hogs will bounce back and have a winning record and a good bowl game.
