I'm just not sure how this could be a big deal. Where exactly could there be a violation in all of this?

Pnj put in records request at WHS and they said they couldn't follow thru with the request because of an active investigation by NCAA. Will follow thru with request at a later time.

Go to pnj.com. I can't access at this time.

What rule is exactly being broken here? Giving advice to a HS player isn't allowed? I'm not being sarcastic, I legitimately do not know.

I scanned it. It might be an investigation from the FHSAA. Can't access at this time. Investigation could be about the ad.

a) will someone give us cliff notes with the exact infraction.

b) Why does scandal always happen this time of year? Does everyone save it up for the second week in August?

By recruiting kids out of state and sending them to a particular school that "specializes" in making formerly ineligable students eligable?

A Florida high school assistant coach is accusing the University of Alabama of tampering with one of his players and forcing him to transfer for his senior season.

NCAA investigating. Possible Bama, but more than likely the info between ad and rivals. Possible oops.

What possible jurisdiction could the NCAA have between a high school AD and a private company?

That doesn't even make any sense.

Is this what you're referring to?

LINK

Doesn't seem to have much better info than what everyone already knew.

wait, hold up, where did you read that we "sent" anyone to a particular school. We can't make someone go anywhere.
