Just curious to get some opinions.
That is all.

If there was history, yes.

Well, he never let our first string, star WR on the field before he was kicked this season.

I doubt miles would've if he had a choice.

the player wouldn't have gotten three tries to get it right...the process is in place at bama...conform or u are gone!

Without knowing the extent of Mathieu's violation, it's impossible to say.

Every coach would have since none of them would have any choice

If it was a third failed drug test, he wouldn't have had a choice.

It would not be Saban's decision, nor was it Miles'. Stop pretending that this somehow makes Miles a good person. And what does TM7 being kicked off have to do with Saban? :bamsessed:

This was a not a decision that the head coach has any discretion over. This is mandated by rule. Miles could not keep him from being dismissed.
While I admire and respect Miles, he did not make this decision. LSU policy dismissed HB, not Les Miles.

Didn't know it was confirmed it was his 3rd failed drug test.

Love it when people argue off speculation

The whole premise of your question is speculation.

NO, a 'FIXER' would have been assigned to the case!
