We play 6 top 15 teams plus aTm and MSU. Sure, we get half of our tough games at home, but we also have half on the road/neutral.

It may be slightly more favorable than last year, but not a favorable schedule at all. Only OM can claim a more difficult schedule of all of the SEC teams.

Yet ya'll are predicting 9-3 with an unproven QB, unproven everydown back, suspect OL a putrid LB corp (experience wise) and new systems on both sides of the ball...

sounds like a recipe for success

I think you mean 5. But anyways not a flame just using what you're saying as an example because I agree with you.

Well at the beginning of the season like you stated 5 top 15 teams. The thing about the polls that I think sometimes people get confused is the preseason is where they think each one will end but it gets taken for where they are now. Which is fine because everyone knows that the poll will change 14 times in the season.

That's why AU is at 25th right now in the coaches, and why some of their opponents are in the top 15. But of course if AU comes out swinging and is 3-0 with LSU coming to town we'll probably being seeing them around 20-15 rank. Now of course if they go shocker and bring their fellow tigers down then you're talking about a rank that could go anywhere. Now for this post sake lets say, they don't shock anyone and lose to LSU. They won't drop out of the top 25 because Miss St. will be 3-1 and Clemson could possibly be too if they leave Tallahassee a ok. ULM they won't have a win but that shouldn't hurt the Tigers too bad. Anyways week five is a open date then the Pigs come to JHS. For me this game has ??? all over it but again right now I'm going to have to go with the Tigers. (Sorry Arky fans not a flame but you guys are the other team that has question marks across the board other than your leadership at QB) Jump back to around 15th 4-1 heading to Ole Miss. Climbed a little higher, 5-1 heading to Vandy. Again another one of these ???. Not because I think that the Tigers are worse than Vandy, but something strange is going on up there and it makes me go "this is Vandy right?" Still 6-1 because you're riding a momentum that started with a close game winner from Arky and a big win against Ole Miss. Now you've got your bowl and A&M is next and you're sitting about 10th. Now you've got your 7th and 8th win and your at 7th in the nation. Hello Georgia. Now this is where it gets tricky been riding the crest for weeks now and a "quality" opponent has shown up to your door. Does complacency set in or does mean Gene get through their head that every week is the first game of the season? Lose a very close one to Georgia. Drop to 12th but 8-2. 9-2 after AA&M and 11th. Now you come to my beloved city. 9-3 and sitting at 15th.

Sorry that it's jumbled but that's a scenario that I see working out if AU get's to that 3-0 spot. If not, not going to look pretty, but just get past Clemson and Miss St. and Gene will get some slow claps.
