You have not posted any poll listing Oregon State #23, you have listed LSU's schedule on Wikipedia.
We have listed the AP Poll, and all polls for the 2004 season both preseason and after the season and even during the season, that do not have Oregon State ranked.

a service called "Game Plan" had Oregon State ranked 16th in 2004.
