4. We beat RGIII like a drum. No one else did. Why didn't we copy that?

Like a ragged doll. The thing that drives me crazy is that the average college fan automatically assumes we lost to them last year, since they had their best season ever and RGIII won the Heisman. But not only did we beat Baylor, we stomped them and humiliated RGIII. The guy was pretty much throwing a hissy fit on the field he was so frustrated. He gave everyone else heartache all year and we owned him. HOW IN THE WORLD DID THAT HAPPEN?

We didn't beat him like a drum. He threw for a then Baylor record 430 yards and 3 TDs.

We won that game for two reasons.

#1 - our defense shut down their ground game holding Ganaway to only 34 yards when he averaged 119 a game last year.

#2 - their defense was made of Swiss cheese giving up 6 TDs and 415 yards to Tannehill, 681 total yards of offense, and let us convert 10/13 times on 3rd down.

I'm a pretty mellow guy, but last year was the first year I ever let an Aggie loss piss me off so much that I wouldn't watch games for the rest of the weekend. Sherman never learned from his mistakes, and it just sickened me. He's an outstanding man and a good NFL coach. I wish him nothing but the best.

Sumlin certainly seems to be the right man as the only measurable metrics would be verbal commits. I am happier than a puppy with two peckers. The way he and his staff has performed there. But, he has to just win, baby.

I think he meant we beat him like a drum physically. RG3 got thrown around like a rag doll all afternoon. Yes, he did his damage, but our D took a serious toll on him physically--he literally limped off the field against us both in 2010 and 2011.
