you lie. you have not tryed it all and just the comment that noone can beat it is proof. i have tasted some damn good bbq in every state in the south and the only thing i thing texas has a lead in is beef brisket and over 50% of that that i've tryed here in houston is garbage. i have yet to run into a first class rib place here and pulled pork is average at best. granted, i haven't TRYED THEM ALL that you say. of course there are tens of thousands just in texas and many more thousands that you say you've eaten at.
