Probable only 25% smoke the weed, but 90% or more have been around it. Back in the 70s, the percentages were higher.

I wouldn't say it's insane. Most people smoke consistently, but maybe not regularly. Like once every couple of weeks at a party or something. Only maybe 15-20% are full blown stoners though.

I didn't say it was a new phenomenon. I'm saying it happened more now than it has at certain times in the past.
