Please explain why coaches with losing records get premier head coaching jobs?

Because a job opens up in January when a current coach bails and said university can't get any of its top choices so they incredibly settle on the coach of La Tech who was coming off a losing season. He promptly takes the premier job to back to back losing seasons. I'd say it's improbable, but he's done it everywhere he's been, so I'd be lying.

Again, comprehension isn't your strong suit. Michigan, Miami, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, and Auburn are examples of programs hiring a coach with a career losing record. You avoided the question once again.
