You have to really be a huge screw up (Dubose and Shula) to not be successful at Alabama. The talent comes here, you just need to know what to do with it.

Dubose won an SEC championship... Shula was successful considering the environment he was working under. In fact, I think he would make a school a good head coach if he wanted that...
