Cohen just said that only one of our players that maade the trip was on the bus last time we came to auburn. That's crazy, if true.

Auburn has three starters from last year on this years team.

Our improvement so far isn't rocket science: we're pitching well. Our pitching has been poor (along with our defense) for the last 5-6 years, and it looks like we've finally recruited some formidable arms. But our problem is fundamental consistency. We can't field, and we haven't hit at all w/ RISP until these last 2 games.

I'm thrilled w/ the start, but I wouldn't be shocked if we lost the series to Bama. Just dont know how we're gonna play from one game to the next.

So, basically he's throwing out excuses just like every time he loses?

I think that probably Caleb Reed was probably the only one. We need to stop the excuses though. Yeah, we are beat the hell up and we are young. Young, though, is a recruiting issue. You should never really be as young as we are if you are recycling correctly.
