It's demanding and rewarding but usually frustrating. But I find less stress than when I worked in college athletics. Probably because I'm older now and know not to let it bug me so bad.

I just got a job waitressing. What's sad is I'm making more money than I was at my salaried job as an Athletic Trainer when I lived in MS. I'm just doing this until I find something better. I have a feeling I'm going to have to move away from BR, which I don't want to do, to find a good job.

If you only knew. I worked as an ICU nurse the whole time I went back to school. That's three years I would never relive for any amount of money

Got my degree in broadcast journalism, currently a photographer for the U of A athletic department. I film all the sporting events.

You young folk gotsta move where the jobs are. Get experience, become an expert in your field, THEN you move back to Baton Rouge when you can name your price.
